The FAJDP is the representative structure of youth associations in the district of Porto, promoting civic participation, youth associations, and the empowerment of young people through non-formal education and the building of an active, tolerant, and supportive citizenship.

Climate Action

In 2025, FAJDP organized the Forum of Good Associative Practices, where reusable materials were distributed, and a guide was presented with a chapter dedicated to sustainability. It promotes the reduction of disposable items in all its events and obtained the Coração Verde (Green Heart) certification from LIPOR, which recognizes the commitment to environmental sustainability.

The signing of the Porto Climate Pact reinforces FAJDP’s commitment to placing sustainability at the center of youth initiatives, empowering young people to be decisive agents in the preservation of the environment.
