Climate action
AICCOPN, as a representative association of Construction and Real Estate Companies, is responsible for protecting the climate and the environment, as well as to encourage and sensitise its Members to its importance and emergency.
The awareness that our actions condition the future of the planet is present in the procedures and attitudes we develop as an organisation, highlighting the reduction/elimination of plastic use, the reduction of water and paper consumption, efficient and controlled energy management, waste separation, and recycling.
Since 2016, AICCOPN has had, for its members, the R.U.-I.S. Brand – Intelligent and Sustainable Urban Rehabilitation, which, among others, aims to promote sustainability and good construction and environmental practices within the Companies’ activity, as well as to instil in Consumers the importance of their choices in the context of construction. We also promote, in this context, training actions and discussion forums in order to raise general awareness.
Testimony
The construction and development of a greener and more sustainable world must be the focus of any organisation, as it is pivotal to ensure the continuity of our future, as a society and as a business world. Our commitment is reflected in our actions, in the awareness of the Member Companies, and in the involvement and sharing of synergies with public and private entities with responsibilities in this theme.
